Five-Year Plan FY 2020-2025

1) Survey property lines where they intersect with the right-of-way for the roads. Done FY 2021-2022

2) Remove trees from right-of-way. Done FY 2022-2023

3) Annual road grading. Done October 2023. Snow removal as needed.

4) Brush removal from right-of-way. To allow for road alignment. Spring 2024?

5) Align Road. Requires grading to straighten all roads and widen to proper width. Dig ditches and grade to proper grade and crown. Spring 2024?

6) Apply gravel and compact to proper substrate. Will need to get a local levy/bond/loan. Goal: Spring 2025.
