SNOW THAT FALLS ON YOUR PROPERTY MUST REMAIN ON YOUR PROPERTY

Please DO NOT push snow from your driveway across the road to the Right-Of-Way opposite your property. Do not pile snow from your property on to the Right-Of-Way adjacent to your property. Snow that falls on your property must remain on your property (County Law).  This allows for maximum use of the Right-Of-Way for snow from the road surface. This is especially important in very snowy conditions! We have to pay more to move this snow when necessary to preserve width of road!
